I realised that there weren't many 'how to make grass' or 'cloud' tutorials out there and thought I'd make one myself. This, of course, is only one way to do them but it's great for beginners.

How to install (PC):
1. In the side-menu, select 'download'.
2. Select 'Open with'. Either into WinRAR or Compressed Folder. If it opens in 'Compressed Folder', on the left, it should say, 'extract all files'. In WinRAR, right click on the folder and select 'extract to the specified folder'.
3. Put it in: Local Disk C>rogram Files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop (whichever your version is)>resets>Brushes>Adobe Photoshop only. Your file type should look something like this in the end: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Brushes\Adobe Photoshop Only
4. In Photoshop, where you select the brush size, there should be a tiny circle with an arrow in it. Click this arrow and select 'load brushes'.
5. In that same folder you extracted the files to, find where it says 'Fur_Grass Or Hair' or something to that effect.
6. There you have it!
